Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups of Broccoli Florets
- 2 cups of Cauliflower Florets
- 1 small Red Onion (Lal Pyaz) (chopped)
- 1 ½ tsp. Artificial Sugar
- Salt (to taste)
- Black Pepper (Pisi Kaali Mirch) (freshly ground) (to taste)
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ½ cup Sour Cream
- 1 ½ tsp. Vinegar (Sirka)
- A dash of Worcestershire Sauce (optional – if available)
Method
- Combine broccoli, cauliflower and onion.
- In a separate bowl, stir together mayonnaise and sour cream.
- Add Splenda, vinegar, salt and pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour over veggies and toss.
