The Day 4 of PFDC Sunsilk Fashion Week 2014 kicked off on 12th April at Expo Center, Johar Town, and Lahore. High end design fashion retailers, designers, textile manufacturers and buyers, presented their latest Lawn/Spring Collection has participated and showcased their yearlong creations in the event.
The third show of the Voile Show segment was presented by Nimsay Redefining Style by Nimra Textile who showcased their Spring/Summer 2014 collection titled ‘Flora’. The collection took inspiration from different themes including Folk Artisan, Flora & Fauna and Graphic Monochrome where the brand had worked on fine lawn with silk patches and chiffon dupatta with cuts which included short shirts with narrow bottom trousers.
The Nimsay collection was based in a diverse colour palette which featured black, white, bright and intensive orange and red in combination with light pastel tones along with a dark racing green and light reseda in combination with white, silver, marine, blue and black, which assisted the brand in creating a contemporary contrast. Key trends that were highlighted included flora, fauna, tribal, Latin folk and Ethno.
To entertain the visitors, media, show biz personalities and fashionistas Day 4 of PSFW marked the return of Magnum with their Magnum Pleasure Spot. Title sponsors Sunsilk also extended their patronage as Red Carpet sponsors and hosted an exclusive Sunsilk ‘Guess the Bottle’ Lounge at PSFW. Official beverage partners Diet Pepsi hosted a media lounge whereas the logistic partner is Fed Ex, GSP Pakistan Gerry’s International, Abbas Carpets and special handling and travel partner PIA also partnered with the PFDC.
The makeup and styling done by the creative teams at Nabila’s and NGENTS whereas event is fantastically choreographed by HSY Events. As official media partner, Hum TV, Style360 played a tremendous role however CityFM89 presence showed as the official radio partners. All four day event management is handed brilliantly by none other than Lotus Client Management & PR.
