The newly-released Punjabi movie directed by Shahzad Rafique has done a spectacular job at the box office it was released on Aug 9.
Only Meera attended the film’s premier on Aug 8. The success of Ishq Khuda was celebrated by cutting a cake at a ceremony at Metropol Cinema on Tuesday.
Ishq Khuda conveys the message of peace and tolerance has given it a distinctive place in the hearts of cinegoers. Ishq Khuda stars Shaan Shahid, Meera, Saima, Ahsan Khan and Moroccan actress Wiam Dahmani. It has been produced by Shafquat Chaudhry. Newly-released Punjabi perusal Ishq Khuda has earned Rs11 million during the last five days.
Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, Shazia Manzoor and Sanam Marvi did the playback singing, lyrics were written by late Riazur Rehman Sagar and the music was composed by Wajahat Attray.
Ishq Khuda is a love triangle among Ahsan Khan, Meera and Dahmani. Shaan plays a former criminal turned Sufi preacher and Saima plays his love interest. The shooting of the film was done at scenic locations of Mianwali and Khoora village of Soon Valley in the Khushab district. Though the film has some dragged scenes along different mimeograph. Soon Ishq Khuda will break the record of past Punjabi hit movies like of Majajan and Mohabbatan Sachian.
Ishq Khuda earned Rs11 million in 5 days although it was completed with Rs25 million proved that it’s beyond the expectations of both producer and director.
