• Chicken – 1 Kg
• Onion – 2 medium
• Garlic – 1 Tbs
• Salt – 1 Tbs
• Water – 1 cup
• Yogurt – 1 + 1/2 cup
• Cumin seed powder – 1 Tbs
• Coriander powder – 1 Tbs
• White pepper – 1 Tbs
• Black pepper – 1 Tsp
• Oil – 3/4 cup
• Cream – 100 ml
• Ginger – To garnish
• Green chili – 3 chopped
• Take a wok add chicken, onion, water, and salt
• Cover and cook for 5-7 mins
• Now add yogurt and cook for 5 more mins
• Add spices oil and cook till oil separates
• Add remaining spices as shown add cream
• Garnish with green chili and ginger
