Nadia Jamil is making her TV comeback in upcoming drama ARY Digital's Damsa. Not a lot is known about the serial except that it's based on an issue close to the actor's heart: child abuse.
The TV drama aims to raise awareness among viewers about the prevalence of child trafficking in the country — and Nadia knows how to amplify that message.
Taking to Twitter yesterday, she requested ARY CEO Jerjees Seja to ensure that a weekend slot is given to the drama, so as many viewers as possible are able to see it.
AOA @Jerjees Hows you?! Am so honoured to be a part of #Damsa. Some incredible actors,a solid director/crew & the issue of #ChildProtection filmed w integrity, from the heart. My twitter family & I would love a weekend slot 4 this one. Please dont waste it! Its truly worth it!?✊?

And worry not on the slot, we will do our best." Damsa is penned by Asma Nabeel and directed by Najaf Bilgrami. It's expected to air soon.
